Be Wary of Online Gimmicks

With the burst of the Internet bubble, online companies are doing everything they can to get customers. This is true of Internet mortgage loan companies also. We have noted several instances where people have complained about these gimmicks coming through in spammed emails, banner ads, and even offline print advertising. Many people are complaining that the gimmick, like "$100 coupon to spend" or "$100 off your closing costs" do not even materialize when the loan is originated.
